Shipping policy

All orders are despatched from the Kathleen Berney Head Office (Arcadia, NSW Australia) within 48 hours, subject to payment clearance and stock availability.

If an order is placed on a weekend or on a public holiday, the order will be dispatched within 48 hours from the next business day.

Once your order has been despatched, the shipping address cannot be changed.

Once we have despatched your order, you will receive a despatch confirmation email.

Free shipping for orders valued over $40 within Australia.

If you’d like your order shipped via express post, a shipping and handling fee of $15 applies within Australia, or $25 for international delivery.

Kathleen Berney ships nationwide with Australia Post.

Orders are delivered within 2 days to metropolitan and city areas.
For the Northern Territory, rural and remote areas, please allow up to 5 business days for delivery.

Delivery delays may occur during high volume and peak periods, or due to unforeseen circumstances.
During these times, please allow an additional 5 business days for your order to be delivered.
