RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must have all tags attached. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase with reason for return included.

Once reviewed and approved you will receive an Australian Post prepaid label via email.
Once we receive your item and inspect it, please allow approximately 1 week from the day we receive your goods to process the return.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund via your method of payment.
A full refund will be available in the instance of major manufacturing faults/defects including sale items.
Only full priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Made to order Garments
No exchange or refunds available for made to order garments.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Free Shipping for returned items
Shipping costs are free for returned or exchanged full priced items.
An Australia Post prepaid label will be emailed to you when your return or exchange is approved
