RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY


Returns

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging with all tags attached. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase with reason for return included.

Before returning your item please email [email protected] with your order number and explanation of reason for return. Once reviewed and approved you will receive a return number via email.

Gift certificates are not legible for a return.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. Please allow approximately 1 week from the day you return your goods to process the return.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping (for return items)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs are non refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If the item is faulty we will cover the cost of the shipping. Please include shipping receipt with your returned item.

We recommend you use registered mail as we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are faulty. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] and send your item to: 31-33 Bloodwood Rd, Arcadia, NSW, 2159, Australia. You must notify us via email of faulty goods within 7 days of receiving the item. Over and above this please refer to conditions outlined under Returns,Refunds and Shipping
